Jenna Carosio
FOUNDER/HEAD COACH
Coaching and leading have been an ingredient in my life for over 2 decades now. Between coaching sports (primarily soccer), captaining teams, being a personal trainer, and coaching endurance athletes, I have helped hundreds of athletes and clients reach their performance and personal growth goals. Endurance sports in particular require great commitment and dedication, but hard work and consistency always pays off. The best part of that being, you tend to learn something about yourself and grow as a human being within the process. It brings me true joy to witness a client achieve their goals after many weeks of putting in the work. As an ex-NCAA Division 1 and professional soccer player, soccer laid the foundation for my athletic knowledge and mindset for achieving big and challenging physical goals.
I have ran several marathons, including Boston and Chicago, and am currently working on my sub 3hr. I am a 5x Ironman and qualified for and competed in the 2023 Kona Ironman World Championships. I have finished top 3 female and top 10 overall in nearly every ultramarathon race I have done. Most recently, I claimed 1st place overall at 2024 Sangre de Cristo 100M and completed the famed Leadville 100. Next up is Big Foot 200M in August 2025!
I reside in the beautiful state of Colorado with my fiancé/soon to be husband and our two crazy vizsla pups.
